The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
Even before the PS4 release of the franchise, The Witcher had a sizable following, but the scope of the world and the brooding personality of lead character Geralt of Rivia won over players in droves. The quasi-open world of The Witcher 3 never lacks for things to keep you occupied, and the worldbuilding itself, free of tired Tolkien clichés, is amazing, making this the one RPG that no PS4 owner should pass up. It’s gorgeous and energising all at once.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
A Thief’s End, Uncharted 4 had an almost impossible task: to provide a memorable game and a fitting conclusion to Naughty Dog’s legendary adventure series. Fortunately, everything worked out in the end: Uncharted 4 offers really excellent production qualities, an interesting tale about a rebellious brother, and an unforgettable adventure.
